Improving communication
Manages (inter)national contacts;
Follows up on existing procedures.
Following up & optimising business processes & regulations
Analyses & gives advice on claims & other files;
Integrates new legislation & regulations into processes & documents; (e.g. GDPR (data protection), Know Your Customer (KYC), UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owners) & sustainability);
Optimises processes in consultation with all parties involved;
Provides ad hoc advice on a wide range of topics within business operations.
The Senior Legal Officer who’s at your service:
Possesses a master's degree in law;
Has fifteen years of experience as a lawyer & legal officer; (specialised in economic law, contracts & commercial and company law)
Has knowledge of various economic sectors; (manufacturing, transport & insurance)
Is perfectly trilingual (Dutch, French & English);
Brainstorms, formulates proposals & works out plans together with colleagues;
Assertive & communicative;
Is known for an entrepreneurial vision;
Is empathic, pragmatic & solution-oriented;
Is able to convince & negotiate well;
Sets the bar high for himself & his team;
Strives for continuous improvement.
