Improving communication

  • Manages (inter)national contacts;
  • Follows up on existing procedures.

Following up & optimising business processes & regulations

  • Analyses & gives advice on claims & other files;
  • Integrates new legislation & regulations into processes & documents; (e.g. GDPR (data protection), Know Your Customer (KYC), UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owners) & sustainability);
  • Optimises processes in consultation with all parties involved;
  • Provides ad hoc advice on a wide range of topics within business operations.
The Senior Legal Officer who’s at your service:
  • Possesses a master's degree in law;
  • Has fifteen years of experience as a lawyer & legal officer; (specialised in economic law, contracts & commercial and company law)
  • Has knowledge of various economic sectors; (manufacturing, transport & insurance)
  • Is perfectly trilingual (Dutch, French & English);
  • Brainstorms, formulates proposals & works out plans together with colleagues;
  • Assertive & communicative;
  • Is known for an entrepreneurial vision;
  • Is empathic, pragmatic & solution-oriented;
  • Is able to convince & negotiate well;
  • Sets the bar high for himself & his team;
  • Strives for continuous improvement.
