What does our Junior Controller do?

Junior Controller

Below, you’ll find the main tasks that our Junior Controller can take over:

Adjusting

  • Alters accounting control methods & procedures, implements them, checks their application & suggests adjustments.

Checking

  • Checks the regularity & reliability of financial operations that are carried out;
  • Executes (together with Senior Controller) the month-end closing.

Investigating

  • Performs variance analysis;
  • Identifies irregularities or errors found during investigations or audits.

Preparing

  • Prepares elements for audit files, analyses them & forwards them to the auditor or accountant to whom it may concern;
  • Participates in the preparation of group reports.
Our Junior Controller possesses the following professional qualities:
  • Master degree & more than three years of experience as a controller;
  • Good language skills (Dutch, French & English);
  • Analytical, critical & proactive attitude;
  • Clear communicator, performs well under pressure, driven & eager to learn;
  • Known as an enthusiastic team player;
  • Takes responsibility & is known for a hands-on approach;
  • Has both feet on the ground;
  • Works in a precise & structured way.
